I’ll b honest, I think MOST accidents should be blamed on the crew. Unless an engine made it clear they did it out of spite. All purely accidental crashes n such should not be blamed on an engine. They don’t have hands, and unless they’re wee gits (like jamming the turntable or falling into a mine or turntable well), they’re mostly crew faults. The crew should b ensuring safety, n they’re often as careless or more than the engines.
