Gosh it’s been a while since I’ve posted on here hasn’t it!

As some of you who have followed me for a while will know I started this blog when I was in hospital and first diagnosed with a rare brain condition, well after a very long and hard 11 months I am so so so relieved and happy to say today I got the all clear! And have finished my treatment! My body is no longer producing extra spinal fluid and the pressure is off my brain and optic nerves. I just want to thank everyone who has been so kind and supportive on here in particular @spidey-anon @caroldanvers-anon @natashaanon you have all been a welcomed distraction in times of pain and sadness and I can’t thank you enough!

Liv! This is AMAZING news! I could not possibly be happier to log in and see this. The breath of relief I just took reading this, you must feel thrilled. I am so happy for you

Well I’m very pleased to see you’re back! Though I hope you’ve been looking after yourself. I’m doing okay thank you, I left my job yesterday to focus on my health which was sad but I’m now working part time closer to home so that’s nice!

I've been doing my best, how has your health been sweetheart? I'm proud of you for taking a step to make sure you're health is taken care of though.

It’s been okay having more good days than bad now!Just been feeling very tired haha. I actually have my neurology appointment today to check how the old brain is doing and discuss next steps in the treatment, feeling nervous but keeping my fingers crossed for news of finishing soon.

It went very well! There’s still some pressure and swelling but there’s been progress! Going to be carrying on my treatment for the rest of summer and see then but I’ll be having a lower dose which means less side effects so that’s brilliant, feeling very happy and relieved
