From May 29 to June 4, 2023, this blog is hosting an entire week about Matt Murdock and / or Frank Castle, but their exact relationship is up to you - lovers, fuckbuddies, enemies, friends, partners… you pick! You can also do a Matt-only or a Frank-only work, just don’t ship them with someone else (details in the FAQ). OT+ (Fratt+) welcome! All versions of Frank Castle & Matt Murdock are welcome: comics, TV shows, movies… All lengths and sizes, all types of fanworks welcome!

Each day comes with a theme:

Monday 29: Father Tuesday 30: Key Wednesday 31: Save/Safe Thursday 1: Roof Friday 2: Break Saturday 3: Hand Sunday 4: Free topic / Amnesty day if you couldn’t post before!

You can participate as much or little as you want, it’s all up to you! It can also be a new chapter of a fic, an outtake from a series, a podfic or translation… If you create art / graphic works, a description for accessibility purposes would be much appreciated.

Don’t forget you can already post in the dedicated AO3 collection earlier - one month before the start of the event, the collection will be set so that all new works are invisible! All newly posted works will be revealed on Fratt Week, so you can start as early as you’d like ^_^

Prompt List 2022 (Valentine's Day Edition)

We are delighted to reveal the prompts for Stucky Week 2022 which you so generously shared with us!

Note: On the last day of Stucky Week celebration you are allowed to either create something for one of the prompts of the day or come up with a prompt of your choosing! No restrictions apply!

Your “cards” don’t have to make sense together, the way they would if we were actually playing Cards Against Humanity! You just have to use both prompts to inspire your story. Feel free to interpret them loosely.

Send an ask to claim your cards. Each prompt can be used by two people, so include a backup choice in case your first is already taken.

My favorite things to read are Supernatural, Criminal Minds, and Marvel, but you’re more than welcome to bring in other fandoms. Crossovers are encouraged, as are crack and gen-fic! No pairing necessary but most pairings welcome, including reader inserts and almost any ship.

Question: Should I claim any prompt I think sounds fun, or just the prompts I know I can fill? 

We want you to write anything that sounds fun, but be realistic about your bandwidth between now and September 25th when fills are due. You can drop claims whenever you want, but we have several Stocking Fairies who like to concentrate on stockings with low fills to spread love, so having an accurate count helps them and us.

The Shatterdome’s Multi-Fandom Seasons of Ships Challenge

Decided to start up a new challenge for the last quarter of the year! This is just a small, season-themed prompt challenge that is open to ALL THE FANDOMS!! I’ll list some info below but feel free to check out the AO3 collection (for full FAQ, Rules, Prompts, etc) and join the Discord if you’re going to partake (or just lurk, we don’t bite much)!

CLAIMS ARE OPEN!

Claiming will take place via a Google form.

You will be asked the following:

If you are self-claiming (creating for your own idea) please write “self-claim” in the first prompt choice section and skip to the bottom to give us a short description of your idea.

If you’re claiming for a podfic, please write “podfic” in the first prompt choice section and skip to the bottom to let us know the name of the fic and if you have the authors permission.

How prompt claiming works:

If your first choice of prompt is available, it’s yours! If your first choice is already claimed, you will get your second choice, and so on. If your third choice is claimed, we will send you an email asking you to re-submit with other choices.

If you only want to request one prompt, that’s fine. But if it’s already claimed we will send you an email letting you know and ask you to re-submit.

Once you’ve filled out the claims form you will receive an email from the mods about which of your claimed prompts you got. Please be patient.

We will be updating the Prompt List as fast as possible to indicate which prompts have already been claimed.

Welcome to the 2nd year of the SteveTony Games!

This year’s theme is Canon vs. AU. Which side are you on? Choose your team!

The 2nd SteveTony Games bring you brand-new prompts and a rule overhaul with weekly challenges! Participants will once again create works based on prompts from a shared bingo card, but this year there will be five new challenges each week thrown into the mix. We can’t wait to see the different ways people interpret prompts!

From June 18th to July 18th, you’ll have the chance to create fanworks for Team Canon and Team AU, with no sign-up required. Fills can be posted to the platform of your choice, but you need to submit fills to our Finish Line forms to earn the points for your team.

This is a low pressure, 18+ event that aims to be as inclusive as possible. Minimum requirements are low, and all types of fanworks are allowed: fanfic, fanart, podfic, vids, edits, moodboards, reclists, etc.

To learn more about this year’s bingo card and our scoring system; check out our rules. We’ve made changes to the rules and scoring, so returning participants should review them.

Namor Week 2021

Welcome to our second annual event! We had an amazing turn out last year and I hope everyone who joins in this year has a lot of fun. 

Remember the following rules for participating: You may create any type of fan work (fan fics, fan art, song playlists, aesthetics, moodboards, podcasts, comic edits, etc.) and be sure to capture the spirit of the theme as well as include Namor or Atlantis, or Atlanteans in some way. Please be sure to have your fan works ready to post when Namor week starts (April 24 - 30) and you may either post it on your account and tag me or submit it to this blog. We accept work here or on twitter. Remember to tag your week with #namorweek so it can be found.

This year we are doing things a bit different for fanfics and are opening up a collection, so if you post to ao3 then don’t forget to add to the collection: https://archiveofourown.org/collections/NamorWeek2021

Themes:

Day 1 - Eco Warrior : Namor is a protector of the Seas and all who live there. Will you go the undersea warrior way to show him protecting his home or will you show us the business man who worked with humans using his company Oracle Inc.? Be creative!

Day 2 - Childhood : We’ve gotten a whole lot more of Namor’s childhood in the King in Black: Namor series! Depict a moment from Namor’s childhood.

Day 3 - Mythology : The myth of Atlantis has been around for a long time, so create something that could belong to it’s mythology such Gods, Goddesses, stories, and legends! Make up your own myth if you like.

Day 4 - Alternate Universe : A prompt we had last year but it’s so good we choose it again! Pick any Alternate Universe Namor to create a fan work for or make up your own.

Day 5 - Hero or Villain : As comic’s first anti-hero Namor has often been depicted as both; a hero to the undersea realm but a villain to the world above the waves. He’s teamed up with many heroes or villains in the past as well. Show us a Namor in either a heroic or villainous light.

Day 6 - Music or Fashion : We all know Namor rocks a tone of great (and not so great) outfits, so share your favorite or make up some new Atlantean fashion. Or you could choose to depict Namor + music in some way, playlists are encouraged, as are any other form of fan work.

Day 7 - Free Choice : This is a free for all! Maybe you’ll choose to finish up and post a prompt you from any of the pervious days, or maybe you’ll pick any subject you fancy to create something with.

September Shuffle is still ongoing but with October right around the corner, we wanted to announce the next event so people can start preparing.

October's event will have three different types for the event:

We wanted to give a variety of prompts and also have a SFW version available for october.

Each one will have 4 prompts per day. You can choose one or combine, up to you! You can also switch between the cards and write whichever you feel like 😊

We only ask that minors do not participate in any of the NFF prompts (so this includes kinktober and any other NFF prompts in whumptober/flufftober), however, any SFW prompts listed are fair game!
