Confession #2316

"I despise all the people that didn't like the fact that Tony Stark was barely in an armor in Iron Man 3. It was a great plot device which helped us answer Captain America's question: "Take [the suit] away and what are you?", not to mention there has been numerous times in the comics in which Tony Stark had to relieve in his wits rather than his armors, like during the "Demon in a Bottle" or "World's Most Wanted" storylines."

Confession #2271

"I'm just baffled that neither Captain America and S.H.I.E.L.D did not even attempt to save the president in Iron Man 3. You'd think that the leader of the free world being captured by terrorists that the symbol of America and the leader of SHIELD would be all over this."

Confession #2200

"Just got my Iron Man 3 DVD and I can't wait to watch it. It's like a textbook on how a work can subvert a viewer's expectations in a smart clever way. Is it completely loyal to the comic? No. But it's an incredibly intelligent clever film. Also is it too much to ask that Trevor Slattery somehow makes his way into Earth 616?"

Confession #1244

"I read that someone said thought The Amazing Spider-Man films were turning into rip offs of the Ultimate Spider-Man comic series because of the scientific approach. I don't understand how you could say that. Doesn't that mean every superhero movie is a rip off of the comic? Origin stories are rip offs. IronMan 3 is a rip off of IronMan Extremis. None of these movies are rip offs since they've already happened to the hero. They're just versions of stories we already love brought to the screen!"

Confession #906

"I don't understand why people hate on IM3 so much. I can understand people's frustration with what they did with the Mandarin (although I didn't personally mind it), and there was far more Tony Stark than there was Iron Man, but you can't deny that it had great character development, a well paced and relatively in-depth plot, and was damn hilarious. They may have "butchered" your favorite Iron Man villain, but understand that the MCU is different from the comics."
