Soooo I was checking this tumblr called whenfashiontrolls where there are attempts at analyzing fashion-related issues in deoth but from a very personal point of view, I must say. There is this Raf Simons post which despite making 1-2 decent arguments, unfortunately ends up with "wah wah wah he's a Lang copycat that doesn't make bucks". I thought, OK, maybe I need to educate myself some more? Maybe that person knows their shit better than I do and I am one of those delusional folks that have overestimated Simons's contribution to modern fashion & culture.
