Waiting out the night by Mike Danneman Via Flickr: Ready for another trip to Chicago, RTA (Regional Transportation Authority) commuter trains wait out the night in the yard at Waukegan, Illinois, on November 22, 1986. RTA F40PH Nos. 154, 136 and 159 are painted in RTA colors, while F40PH No. 134 is freshly-painted in new Metra colors, not long after the formation of Metra (short for Metropolitan Rail) in 1985.
