Hanging Out On Cargo Deck Three- For The Uhura Bang 2021

Continuing the theme of “Captain Uhura”. Slight uniform redesign- the belts with the sideways delta belt buckle take inspiration from Kirk’s infamous green wraparound shirt. Chapel’s outfit is loosely based on the Star Trek: Discovery uniforms, and she’s probably Chief Medical Officer at this point.
Bonus fact: A month ago, my uncle took one look at this and went “are you a trekkie?”

Spuhura Bridgerton AU- For the 2021 Uhura Bang
This is a response to the prompt “Spuhura Bridgerton AU.” I’ve never consumed the show or the books, so obviously I was the perfect candidate for tackling that prompt /lh. As far as I can tell, Bridgerton is mostly about Vibes™️ rather than plot, so I hope this is suitable for the person who sent in the prompt. Their robes aren’t period-accurate, but they’re probably in a holodeck anyway.

Beyond Antares- posted for the 2021 Uhura Bang
“Nyota travels home, though her destination is unexpected.”
This was partially inspired by @strawberrypatty and others in the Spuhura discord, who told me that Uhura served under Spock when he was Captain. Here, I took the story prompt of “Captain Uhura”, and switched their positions. (She’s playing his lyre in the third image, and I was initially going to draw him in the final slide, though I think the implication that she travelled with him to the Kelvinverse timeline is clear here). The deltas in the final image also pay homage to the Star Trek: Discovery uniforms.
