Bob Montgomery was especially nice. He would take my part when I felt I was being a little bit kicked around by a director. He'd stand up for me. I liked Bob because he had a striking character which said 'All right I'll be your defender, I'll help you with your problem.' A good, honest citizen with a sense of security.
