Hey! Sorry for the late answer... I'm so happy to know you draw him ❤️ I can't give you much advice 'cause I'm not a pro, but for me, the way to drawing a resemblance to a character is to look at them closely 👀 Try to remember well the parts such as the hair, the eyes, the balance of the whole face. Then draw again and again.
I always put a picture of BAU next to my sketch :) and do these when I draw someone!
And the most important thing is to just enjoy drawing! Be confident, no matter what anyone says, it's your art and it's for you. I don't know you, but if you don't mind, show me your Reid one day 🥰
