Hello all, it’s been a while. To be fully honest, I’ve been struggling a lot with my writing this year. When IGMC2018 dropped, I saw it as a chance to light a fire under my butt and force myself to make -something- At the start of development, I was fighting with my same rut, but eventually I managed to break free and really enjoy working on this project with Racheal.
Dia:dol is a game made in a month for IGMC 2018. The theme of IGMC this year was to build a prototype, rather than a finished game. As such, Dia:dol is currently in an unfinished state. This prototype focuses on the first few weeks of one possible route to the game. The game is a visual novel/simulation where you raise your character through training and your friendships through socializing. As of right now, only the bare bones exist, but we hope that by playing it you can see the sort of experience we hope to build with it.
