With all my recent travel you think I would have gotten further with this shawl. I only just started the garter section on my What the Fade by Andrea Mowry. Regardless, I am loving how this is coming together. My niece is really excited to see what it looks like when I’m finished. She insisted I send her photos.
Hey.
Sorry it has been a while. I haven’t had the best internet connection. I have been struggling to upload photos and even just written posts. Kind of crummy, but I have also been really busy since I moved back to the States. I haven’t had much time to knit, so it has been a blessing to step back from blogging for a bit.
Throughout July things will be a bit spotty, but hopefully sometime in August everything will be back to normal.
Here is a little picture of where I am currently at with my What the Fade shawl by Andrea Mowry.
Moving across the world doesn’t mean you need to sacrifice knitting something awesome!
Totally obsessed with my Stranger Things What the Fade by Andrea Mowry. I love how this bad boy is knitting up. I won’t have enough yarn to make a full shawl, but no worries. I think the I think the mix of stripes and fade are going to be fabulous. Plus, this is going to be such a good travel project. I look forward to making some good progress in the next twenty four hours!
Who loves brioche?
I do! I just cast on the What the Fade shawl by Andrea Mowry. I forgot how much fun knitting brioche is. Maybe it is mostly due to being burnt out on all my other projects, so this new one is super exciting and fun. But man, I can’t wait to see how this turns out.
I am using all my Stranger Things yarn from @yarncafecreations. I don’t really have enough for a full shawl, or a fade, so how all the colors meld together is going to be a big surprise!
