So, I just released this digital download in my Etsy shop! This is the mood tracker formate I have been using for the past year now. I was inspired by the one originally given to me by my doctor. I use this page to track my moods and mental health through out the month. It gives me great insight into what areas I need to work on or improve. This is super helpful for when you have a busy lifestyle, forget things, or just repress how you feel all the time 🙃
I have left all sections blank so you can fill it in with whatever you are interested in tracking for the month. There is also an open section for notes to keep track of events that happened.
