I am so excited about how much progress I have been making with this cardigan! I am almost done with the left side shaping, and then I move on to the body. The construction on this is really interesting. I have never quite built a garment in this way, but I have to say I really like it and it makes it look really finished, without having to do a bunch of detail work at the end!

A little side by side weekly comparison on my cross stitch stocking. This has been taking over most of my craft time, since the deadline is Christmas 🎄 I thought it would be fun to take a picture every week to see my progress. I'm also hoping it will encourage me to stitch more...
This is why you should clean out your project box on a regular basis. That crusty old leaf has been in there for over a month. It fell into the box after I dragged it outside to take pictures of some WIPs. I left it in there since it always brought a silly smile to my face. Nature is cool, and I like it invading my space. What does your project box look like? Mine is falling apart quite a bit, and it certainly isn't large enough half of the time. But it works for me!
Look at my cute little gifts for my niece! I can't wait to send these on their way. I followed Posy by Tikki Knits for the pink sweater and pattern by Oge Knitwear Designs for the jumper/romper. It worked out well that the jumper is a little bit larger, so she can wear the it a little bit longer then the sweater. Very excited to see how they look on her :)
Let's just marvel at how beautiful Japanese craft books can be? Aesthetically pleasing as well as good ideas and projects! It is a dream come true. I always get lost for an hour or two looking at craft books. I found one that was just incredible lace stitches. It is so hard to not buy them all...
I am ready to have a dance party, because I am finally ready to move onto new projects! I do have a few orders to finish up, but they are pretty easy and enjoyable. Right now I'm pumped to be starting on my Cinderella project. This is a sneak peak at a very small part of it. New stuff rocks. I'm also getting an order of yarn soon... So I can start even more projects! Yes! This has been a great day :)

Most recent work, a pair of navy tweed fingerless gloves. I have been lacking some serious inspiration when it comes to knitting recently. Crossing my fingers in the hopes that an awesome new project will dawn on me.
I have taken a small step back from knitting for the moment. There isn't much use for knitwear now that spring is here. So for now I have take up needle and thread. Here is an origami purse/tote I made. All hand sewn (I don't have a machine). The pattern came from pinterest.

I love these colors. I think they turned out rather well.
I am absolutely satisfied with the ribbing. It is much, much better than the ruffles.
I have yet to finish the second sock.
