Cure Star/Hikaru Hoshina (星菜 ひかる) C.V. Eimi Narusei
Loves the constellations (can also be read as Zodiac) and the cosmos! A second-year middle school student rich in imagination and brimming with curiosity. Has a firm conviction of “I like what I like!” no matter what anyone may say. Thoroughly investigates anything that interests her, the type who acts on intuition. As the student council president admired by all, she is known as the “Moon” of Starview Middle. Transforms into the PreCure of the Moon, Cure Selene!

Also, when releasing the sealed powers of the Star Princesses, Fuwa has 12 different transformations.

A jiggly (purupuru) alien. Used to work at the palace of the 12 Zodiac Star Princesses. While protecting Fuwa, left by the Star Princesses, searching for the legendary warriors PreCure is the key to reviving the Star Princesses. Prunce’s special skill is free transformation.

There is a lot of info here. Most of it is describing products, and much of that tells us nothing about the series, so I’m not translating it. Example of something I don’t consider relevant: “Petite-Pack: Curry, Pork, & Veggie Flavoring.”
There is, however, some stuff that’s definitely of interest.
These are two prizes that will be available. The first is a pouch of the mascot, Fuwa. The second, the zodiac necklace with a feather pen, is what’s called a Transformation ☆ Star Color Pendant ( 変身☆スターカラーペンダント)… so, transformation items. Perhaps each Cure has 12 different “forms,” or perhaps the signs dictate something different; we shall see.
The most important part, though, is the section called “Regarding Star Twinkle PreCure.” It goes something like this:
The PreCure of 2019 leap from the earth into a great adventure across the universe! Visiting various planets, they come into contact with many value systems, growing throughout their journey. The first ever extraterrestrial PreCure also appears, the most sparkling of all the legendary warriors!
