Six characters from Nippon Ichi Software‘s other franchises will appear the “After Story” of Phantom Brave: The Lost Hero, Nippon Ichi Software announced.

The “After Story” is unlocked by clearing the main story, and features Laharl, Vavlatorez, and Pirilika from the Disgaea series, Prier from La Pucelle: Tactics, Cornet Espoir from Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure, and Asagi.

Videos of each character as they appear in the “After Story” will be published via the game’s official website over the coming weeks.

Phantom Brave: The Lost Hero is due out for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Switch on January 30, 2025 worldwide, followed by PC via Steam in spring 2025.

It’s funny with this character. I’ve known her from the first Disgaea game but never from the game she originally was from. So ultimately I am more accustomed to her Overlord demon form than her human one. Then some time later seeing the end of the La Pucelle (from YouTube) where Prier became an Overlord, to see that it was a joke ending is amazing to see. For the Nippon Ichi people to develop a character from a joke ending is nothing short hilarious and awesome at once.
