With it being Idea Factory’s 25th anniversary this year, the company is looking to make some noise with plenty of Otomate titles to come, and a brand-new RPG that follows recent trends. This week’s issue of Famitsu magazine features an interview with IDea Factory and Compile Heart presidents. [Thanks, Ryokutya2089.]

Here are some quotes from Idea Factory president Yoshiteru Sato:

  • “If there’s support from fans, I’d like to make a strategy game like Spectral Force.”
  • “All of Otomate’s console games will be ported to Nintendo Switch. There’s a reason I brought my Switch to this interview [Laughs].”
  • “We announce many new titles at the party in June [for Otomate].”

And here are some quotes from Compile Heart president Norihisa Kochiwa:

  • “Since it’s the 25th anniversary [of Idea Factory] we’re making a game(s) that will surprise everybody.”
  • “Again, we also have a new title to announce this spring. It’ll be an RPG that goes with the current trends.”
