You ever think about how Apollo wanted so so hard to believe in Athena. You ever think about how Apollo begged and pleaded for someone to prove he could trust her. You ever think about how Apollo said he wasn't sure if he wanted to be a lawyer anymore when he suspected Athena. You ever think about how Apollo has had so many people he thought he could look up to turn out to be untrustworthy and still, still he wanted to believe Athena so bad that he blinded himself in one eye. Do you ever think about

Now listen: I do not ship Junithena. HOWEVER, I like the idea that everyone would think they were in a relationship because of how annoyingly sappy they are. They are very much in love. As friends. Platonic soulmates. But everyone else just sees them say these gay-ass lines and think otherwise.
My favorite Athena ship is Athena x fumbling it up
There are two characters in the entirety of Ace Attorney I desperately wish could interact

"I was at a loss for words. I didn't know what to say to the poor girl. And then, you know what? She flashed a peace sign at me. 'Congratulations on your acquittal,' she said. 'Now you can go back into space someday.' But I saw her eyes. They were red and swollen from crying. She's gotta be suffering! She must be so worried! And yet she went out of her way to be nice and give me that big smile!" —Solomon Starbuck
How many times can I say that Athena Cykes is the funniest woman alive
Days 2 and 3 of art improvement hell. Thought it'd be better to put them together since they're just poses!
Thinking about how Simon and Athena became the opposite of their true selves for the sake of the other.
Simon becoming a twisted, cold, violent monster to survive his incarceration long enough to chase the Phantom & to push Athena away, sparing her the grief of losing his actual kind-hearted self.
Athena becoming an outgoing, peppy, studious woman to survive living in the outside world & to get closer to Simon, enduring every struggle to ensure she doesn't lose him because she was too meek.
Thinking about the shells they built around their cores in order to survive, and protect, and fight as hard as they can.
What always gets me is how will they cope once its all over? both of them are still those people, but they're also....not.
Simon learned to put out violence and not give others space, don't give an inch, or they might know.
Athena learned to force a smile and tough it out, pretend you're fine because you can't breakdown now.
Neither of them are gone, but they both lost the person they knew. You can't unlearn seven years of behavior overnight, and at this point....do they even want to?
Does Simon want to let people in, or is the instinct so ingrained that now its preferable to be cold and cruel, and avoid the pain?
Does Athena want to be vulnerable, or did the practice at being outgoing and social make it so she's willing to put up with anything, any discomfort to achieve her goals? what even are her goals now?
What will they do now that they've saved the other, and the other is different?
tateyuri requested athena and 8. in fancy clothes, and of course I can’t just go with one
stupid doodle for hallowed ween
November still counts as spooky month, so here's an AU where the characters get turned into what they were dressed up as on Halloween. They all have to figure out how to manage that and how to fix it.
