Updates 9.12

Hello everyone! Sorry I’ve been MIA. I’ve been dealing with a lot especially over the past several months. Thankfully I’ve been getting help for it in therapy, but its a work in progress. I just wanted to yall to know I’m alive and haven’t forgotten about the things I owe people and projects I have been working on. On the top of my list includes:

  • Commissions
  • Giveaway prizes
  • Pirate KanaRuby AU (fanfiction and art)

I will get to these as soon as I can but I am going to be slow since school is in session on top of me trying to take care of myself. On top of this I have some announcements for some upcoming stuff yall should be looking out for from me!

  • I will be opening up regular commissions within the next few months
  • I am working on my store -> buttons, stickers, accessories, etc so if anyone has any suggestions for what fandoms/characters they are looking for, let me know
  • My gf @kanabxanie and I will be opening up fanfiction commissions within the next week! This money will go towards helping her pay for her college + extras will be saved for us to see each other.
  • I am going to start hosting Japanese (language) classes soon if anyone is interested.

There is a lot going on but all is going forward and in an upward direction. I hope everyone has been doing well. I miss you lots. Feel free to DM me any time or contact me on twitter or instagram. I am looking forward to hearing from yall!

Oh man, my Kanaruby backstory, here we go! I’m super new to the LL fandom in general, I only got into it around Christmas last year. But my sister kept insisting that I’d love Ruby… and I’d probably dislike Kanan when I go to LLS. When I started watching it I fell in love with both characters. I didn’t even think of shipping them around that time.

One day I jumped back on tumblr after not actively using it for months, and was looking through some tags for Ruby fanart when I stumbled upon some Kanaruby fanart by Marcy ( @maemusicmelody ) and some by Zaven (@68bears) and I thought they were fucking adorable together. By the time I finished the show I was really in love with the idea of these two being a thing.

They’re definitely a rarepair that not too many people talk about but I love them so much. They’re my first LL ship in general and ahhh so cute.
