What happened to tflt?
Wow it’s been a little over a year now huh? I guess what happened was a couple of things really.
First of all the show ended. That alone makes it difficult to stay motivated to remain active, especially for such a small fandom that is so remotely based in CA (as someone living out of state that didn’t make it any easier).
Second was some fandom stuff. I’d met some really amazing people while running that blog. But there were shitty ones too. I tried to avoid talking about it but there were multiple individuals that would send rude messages. Some of which told me to stop tagging my posts in the fandom tag altogether (I did that in hopes of avoiding conflict).
Thirdly were just some personal reasons. 2015-2016 has been a difficult time. I’ve been dealing with depression and anxiety and trying to maintain daily postings on TFLT (no matter how much I loved it) became difficult while also trying to find the energy to go to work and school every day. the final reason is that my old laptop died on me. It had all the photos I had been using for the site on it (along with some school and art work) that ended up getting lost/scrapped.
I’ve considered reviving the blog again, but it would take a lot of time and effort to re-collect everything. That being said it could still happen if people are still interested.
