The Red Death Masquerade costume from the Hungarian production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera.
Definitely my favorite aspect of the Hungarian re-design of the show. I particularly love how the doublet has been decorated to appear like a half-fleshed, bloody ribcage with rotting entrails or worms below.
