When MJ shifts in his lap, Peter bites back a groan and grabs her by the hips to keep her still. "MJ…" he warns, his voice strained.
“Sorry,” she says, not feeling sorry at all.
She shouldn’t tease her boyfriend so much. After all, she knows why he’s so hesitant to do more with her–Peter doesn’t know if he can hold back if he ever got lost in the moment, afraid that he’ll hurt her without meaning to. But stealing kisses in between classes isn’t enough, and MJ feels like she's going to explode if she waits any longer.
Can we just stay up here all day?

It was probably the single most reckless thing MJ has ever done.
She doesn't even know his name–his real name, that is. Hell, she's never even seen his face. But she doesn't think she would have done anything differently, if she could do it all over again.
All she knows is that one moment, she was just crossing the street, too busy looking at her phone to notice the truck with faulty brakes careening towards the intersection–right where she was. The next second, before MJ even realized what was happening, she was flying through the air and clinging onto Spider-Man for dear life, and screaming her head off for good measure.
After she calmed down long enough to convince him she was fine, Spider-Man dropped her off on the nearest rooftop and was about to swing away when she stopped him. MJ doesn't know what came over her when she proceeded to kiss him on the lips, over his mask, and told him to stay.
