listen, I don’t care. I don’t care if veilguard is bad. I don’t give fuck if technically it’s sucks. Looks bad? I don’t care. Gameplay sucks? Don’t care. I’ve been waiting 10 years for this god damn game I *will* be eating all of it up, I will be playing it over and over I’m picking up every codex entry, every ore is mine, I will be jumping on rocks repeatedly, I will make every npc sick of me, count your fucking days solas cause I’m coming for your bald ass.
Seriously, DAVe could be absolute garbage, and I would still go to Bioware and request they inject it straight into my veins.
I need that sweet, sweet lore. And I need to know the resolution to Inquisition. It could be radioactive toxin, and you would still need to pry this game from my cold, dead fingers.

When Veilguard comes out, please keep it in the back of your mind every single time you interact with Varric and Lucanis that their writer got laid off with little to no warning and that she is and always will be a Dragon Age legend and one of the reasons why the franchise has stayed afloat for as long as it has
Now HERE is a good and valid reason to criticize Bioware/EA, and a really important story to share around while DA4 has the buzz it does!!!
Corporations need to be called out on their anti-worker bullshit regardless of the quality of the products they produce.
Seeing the Dragon Age: Veilguard fandom infighting reminds me of when Dragon Age 2 came out, and was terrible, irredeemable... and then when Dragon Age: Inquisition came out, and was the worst thing ever, an insult to games like Origins and DA2 (which became good somewhere along the way)... basically, Dragon Age fans have hated every game since Origins.
Valid complaints aside, these folks are expert haters. Inspiring, almost. TBH, the reaction to the Veilguard character trailer got me hyped on pure contrarianism. I am basking in spiteful optimism.
This game looks lit, and I won't be convinced otherwise. I will play a dwarf with a fat ass, I will bang that mage slayer, and that veil, by the gods, will be guarded as fuck!
