Hi! I've started wondering whether i might have ADHD and my question is: can constant singing, humming, talking to oneself (when alone) be connected to ADHD? I also frequently get a tune stuck in my head for hours to the point where I annoy myself 😂
Yeah, it can be! When alone we lack sensory stimulation, so we can end up doing those things as a way of stimming, to keep ourselves comfortable.
