in case anyone in wondering, this is Paul Hollywood's idea of a s'more

like. those look nice. perfectly tasty little indulgences. but by no means are they s'mores.

I hate paul hollywood so much

I saw this episode, heard the technical was going to be s’mores and I was pumped, something I actually know how to make haha. Then they showed their version of them and I was like “wtf is that?? xD”

I miss this show so much. So many good one-liners! XD I want all the original peeps back! <3

gbbo + contestants helping/supporting each other (part 1)

#we all talk about how kind and gentle this show is and it really really is #it fosters this culture of kindness that is not present in american cooking shows and it is. such a pleasure to watch #but most importantly: it celebrates the small stuff #if the the bake turned out to be an underbaked/overcooked disaster a helping hand isn’t doing to do much #but there will still be people in your corner; willing to help you clean up the mess #just because you’re down in the dumps and didn’t land on your feet #doesn’t mean it’s the end of the world #you’re not alone. there will always be people giving you a hand back up (via stardust-rain)

I fucking love this show for this reason! :D The way they band together and are legit rooting each other on. When I say legit I mean it's not fake or contrived for the cameras, you can tell they all want to win, but they also want others to win as well haha. And if one of them finishes early they always will come to the aid of another to help them when they're in a pinch. This is sooo not a case of "every person for themself". Instead they truly look out for each other because they're like warriors of baking. They all know the harsh scrutiny they'll face one by one and they want to make sure everyone has a chance to put their best bake forward. It's healthy competition and teamwork and I love it so so much! :D
