okay I think I'm gonna write a brightwell drabble every day until the next ep. prompts?

- Dani and Malcolm get a drink together after work (and she gets a Shirley temple cause duh) . Mayhaps she gets hit on and Malcolm is about to be like ‘leave her be’ but our girl has it handled
- Dani rambling about a passion! I don’t care what but I would love that for her. (Bonus points of Malcolm says something like ‘I like your rings’ and that’s what starts it)
- They get food at a chain restaurant that Malcolm has never been to after chasing a lead
- A parallel to episode one where Malcolm saw his mom, except this time, Dani sees like... an ex and is all “oh hell no”
- Conversations about cold hands, earl grey, why Malcolm doesn’t drive and/or Sunshine
- And if you want angst you prompts? They’re trapped in a room together and have to wait for Gil/JT to bust it open so they talk to fill the time
- Dani gets a gash on her head and Malcolm goes for the first aid
