#the way the doctors face lights up when he mentions rose will shatter my heart into tiny little pieces every time #this is the first time he talks about rose with someone who knew her, with someone who also cared about her and he is just SO happy to just talk about her #even if its brief #look at his face in the last gif #throughout the ENTIRE season 3 he hadn’t looked that happy up until that moment #when he talked about rose and hugged it out with captain jack, when they both celebrated the fact that she was still alive, still safe #sorry im making myself cry #bye
