Fate Finds A Way: A KaySun fic 🤎🔞

Good day, bbs! I’ve just finished the longest Chapter 1 ever of my most delusional fic yet. Suna with not just anxiety, but the fortune teller’s words, and her burgeoning feelings for Kaya, because he hasn’t touched her since their wedding night. Read it on AO3 or Wattpad, where it’s been cross-posted. 🤎

SUMMARY:

Suna has been feeling more anxious than usual these days. Maybe it's the fortune teller's words about destiny bothering her. Maybe it's the fact Kaya hasn't touched her since their wedding night. Maybe it's just the way she doesn't know how to love, and how she can't even admit her own real feelings to herself.
When Fikriye is invited to the mansion again by Pırıl and Pelin again, Suna promises herself she won't intervene. But Fikriye pronounces the state of her lovesickness with Kaya fairly well, and offers her an interesting solution.
However, Suna soon finds out that it's not Kaya's feelings she has to worry about, but her own.

It’s a recipe for angst and something more, because should Suna really be worried about Kaya’s feelings for her, or should she be worried about her own ability to love?

Love By Night: A KaySun fic

Hiii so I finally made good on my promise to write a more mature AU. This is a two-part fic, with part 2 coming soon. 🖤

I wanted to explore the dynamic of love Kaya and Suna have together. Ideally, they’ve already established that they love each other + are already physically intimate with each other, and they’re comfortable with that. But my poor babies are such big believers of consent and afraid of hurting the other, so despite their best efforts to communicate, they end up blundering. 😅

As usual, these have been cross-posted on Wattpad and AO3!

SUMMARY:

Suna bites her lip. “Kaya, why don’t you ever finish in me?”
Kaya blanches, and Suna tries not to feel hurt—tries to soldier through her promise to herself to have the conversation with him, no matter what. “Oh, God, Suna. Do you really want me do that?”
A two-part mature AU wherein Kaya and Suna have established their love for each other already. They are comfortable and intimate with each other, determined to always openly communicate. However, Suna wonders why Kaya isn't finishing in her like before. Does he not want to have children with her? Love is embarrassing, maybe that's why she can't ask him. But she promises herself to be more honest and open with him. She's just not sure how to do it.

I’ve updated and concluded this fic, Love By Night. Funnily enough, this is the only fic I have ever finished in life so far. But it will not be the last! I’ve realized that with my busy work schedule, I cannot constantly update multi-chapter works! I need to set a limit (e.g. two-shots, non-chronological stories, and short-form bullet point fics here on Tumblr) in order to get the entirety of the story I want to tell across.

Anyway, there is a bit of a mood and tonal shift here. I guess less smut (lel) and more communication! And I added a cute lil mini honeymoon to boot (though in Kaya’s words, this isn’t their real honeymoon yet! He’s going to plan something even better for Suna in the future, of course). 🫶🏻 I really wanted them to build up their communication skills before Suna works her courage up enough to ask Kaya the big question.

I hope you enjoy reading this fic as much as I enjoyed writing it. Yes, it was a sleepy fever dream for me as I was in the midst of corporate life and work and personal things (praying all those things get better successfully 🧿🙏🏻), but I have high hopes that no matter what happens in the fic, canon KaySun will be endgame and even better. 💖 You just have to believe!

This will also not be my last KaySun fic. Aside from updating and eventually concluding my other works, I will be writing more very very soon. 🖤 Hope you guys will read and support it too!
