twi and leg go on an adventure

Puppies day!

Flora, observing some frogs or bugs, when she finds a random pair of wilds pants and underwear-

Bold of you to assume that's not normal for her

Flora: Link, seriously? Again?

*grabs clothes and starts looking for her idiot knight*

*finds idiot knight baby*

Flora: Oh, I was not- How did this happen?

*proceeds to try and figure out the how and forgets the more practical 'this is a baby and now needs me to watch it'*

PLEASE someone tell me there's a fic out there based on this art, I would die

The Scars We Carry

Old wip I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere with. Pre-Wolfie reveal of course

There's a scar on Twilight's wrist.

Wars can't stop thinking about it.

It's not a normal scar. It circles around his entire wrist, and is even on all sides. The skin is red and raised, it's clearly been rehealed over and over until the scar tissue was likely numb. It's usually hidden beneath his gauntlets or sleeves, but when Twilight washes up or removes his gloves Warriors can see it poking out.

All of the heroes have scars. Even the little ones have a few smatterings despite their claims. It's not unexpected; the hero's life is a rough one and injuries are unavoidable no matter how good someone is. So there's nothing strange about Twilight having one in theory but...

That's a shackle scar. Warriors has seen enough of them on rescued prisoners of war to know it by sight. Those wretched marks of captivity branded on his men never got easier to see.

A mark left from a blade or a burn wouldn't catch his attention. But a shackle? Those take time to rub the skin off and even longer to leave permanent marks. And for the marks to be so prominent?

Warriors isn't sure he wants to know.

Except that he really, really does because every time he spots the marks peeking out from under Twilight's sleeve he has to bottle uncomfortable anger.

The heroes don't talk too much about their adventures. Well, they do sometimes. But the details are always vague and heavy stuff is avoided like the plague. The swordsmen will talk about hilarious encounters or interesting moments but not a word about anything substantial is uttered.

Warriors can't even claim to be annoyed about it because that would make him a hypocrite of unparallelled proportions. So he won't blame Twilight for being tight lipped about whatever caused such a horrid scar.

But he will lie awake and wonder who chained Twilight up like an animal. And why? For how long? Days, weeks, months? Certainly long enough to permanently scar him. And did they just chain him up, or did they do other things too? Interrogate him? Starve him? Torture him?

These questions drive him mad.

But that's Warriors problem.

He wasn't going to dredge up old memories by asking Twilight. He won't risk churning up painful memories just to sate his curiosity. Either the rancher would provide that information himself one day, or Warriors would simply die ignorant.

A good plan.

Except it wasn't, because two weeks later Twilight rolls up his sleeves to help Wild cut up the deer the pair had just hunted and the mark on his wrist is freshly inflamed.

Relaxed for once

“Do you ever just wonder all the things Hero of Time went through. To actually see him so relaxed now sleeping.” Hyrule said softly to Four.

“And snoring.” The smithy replied.

“Well, I read somewhere, snoring only happens when you’re in a relaxed and peaceful sleep.” Hyrule responded to smithy.

There was a loud startled snort then followed by soft snoring now coming from the direction of the Rancher.

“That makes two Heros that seem to finally relaxed enough to sleep.” Chuckled Traveller. Four joined in on softly chuckling.

“Now we can only hope those two get a good 12hrs of sleep. They deserve it after all the night watches they took on.” Hyrule said with a smile on his face.

“May no nightmares come a haunting too.”

The two looked at each other and nodded.

“Well we should get sleep too. Though in the morning, the veteran will probably complain. About the racket.” Hyrule stated as he suffled down into his bedroll. Four cocooned himself in his, “or the Captain.”

Again the two both snorted followed by some giggling.

The room falling quiet as they two went drifting off to sleep. With only the sounds of the Old man snoring, followed by the rancher.

Ok but I just love that there's no elaboration for the "They are other far more childish than me". All I can picture when thinking about this is Wind trying to make that part 3 when creating the powerpoint and then realizes that he has no evidence for that point (is it because he is in fact the more childish or is it coz the other are far more skilled at erasing proofs ? We will never know) and so just passed directly to the conclusion XD

Edit : nevermind I'm just blind 😔 (thanks @sky-squido the worst is that when I saw comments like "the full thing is gold" etc I told myself that they must have a link with more but for some reason I did not find it ?? Lol I really am blind )

And then there Wind and Twilight, who both pulled on their Dragon's Tail. The first to save him and the second to kill it.

LU headcanon:

Twilight has Time's wedding ring. The Hero's Shade gave it to him before passing on; Twilight wears it on a chain under his shirt. He never takes it off.

@telemna-hyelle What if the Chain ever figure out the Timeline and Legend and Twilight realize they have both Time ring ? What if they talk about it to Wind in case he would want to try to search for it. What if against all odd Wind actually found it once their adventure is finished/the Chain is in his Hyrule ?

Both twilight and Vio have worked with dark magic, and because their bodies weren't made for it, it left a mark....

I think Legend would have issues with the shackle on Wolfie's front limb.

? Issues? As in "that wolf was imprisoned and freed by people, there's definitely a story here so maybe we should be wary of it" or as in "someone (the royal family it seems) has imprisoned my friend and he still has a shackle that hinders him as a reminder of his imprisonment my that's not okay" ?

May you elaborate 🥺 ?
