Chaotic process but I liked it <3 I did both on the same canvas and used CSP's animation folders so that Alba only shows on one frame and Lucanis on the other <3 (Just a little trick/tip I advise anyone working on paired pieces to try)

TLDR: I love to imagine Varric presented the Inquisitor an actress he paid to play as Hawke. To protect her. Just like he never mentioned their relationship to Cassandra. Imagine their surprise when his wife, Eva, arrived lmao No one calling her Hawke, obviously, but some people /knew/

Back in may 2024, I did this fanart of my Hawke while studying Sachin Teng's style [The artist behind the official Dragon Age comic covers] & the official FemHawke render pose from Dragon Age 2! Maybe one day I'll actually make a comic based off her adventures, who knows? haha

The fear of seeing each other again after what happened to their respective families was hopefully less powerful than the joy of seeing each other, safe and sound, despite it all. Too much blood was spilled to remain angry. Too much death to tear them apart now.
Nathaniel always looked after Fergus' little sister, considering Alyssa as his. And she always aspired to become as strong as them both.
In game, I free him and let him choose to become a Grey Warden of his own will, Alyssa would never force that fate unto anyone, especially people she cares about. But she respect his decision and understand why he's doing it.

It's to this day one of my best artwork and I thought I should share it here too! 90+ hours between the original sketch, outfit design, the rough animation, rotoscope, inking, flat-colours, background shading and even the audio :')

A while back, I read some of my friends ask how Fenris' outfit works, so here's how I break it down:
Underwear > Pants > Tunic* > Belt > Leather parts > Metallic parts > Romance specific
*His tunic is made of multiple layers, but we lack information on his design to understand how each parts connects. I just made it one piece to simplify it!
