I thought I would post process photos from The Peacock painting. There was a lot of stop-starting, waiting for paint/masking fluid to dry. I ended up doing it over a couple of times but I am happy with the end result.
Up for auction in the Animation Art Show - all proceeds are going to charity!

More paper testing, and more monkeys.
This is 100% cotton Arches paper, smooth/300g. It was good, but the paper soaked up the water so fast it was hard to get an even wash.
I’ve been trying out different watercolour paper.
These were done on 25% cotton, Fabriano hotpress paper, I think its my favourite paper so far.
