Okay... I finished watching the movie for the fourth time more or less an hour ago and I still think all the jokes are funny, even though I know exactly when and how they'll happen. It's official: A New Generation is now my favorite 3D-animated movie ever! The story isn't 100% perfect, but the movie's very few flaws can be easily fixed with the upcoming special and series (can't wait to watch them). I must confess that I watched it dubbed in Brazilian Portuguese (my first language) for two reasons: First, I'm too lazy to change to English and read subtitles. Second: Because I'm a strong suporter of Brazilian voice acting! My biggest dream is becoming a voice actor, so why wouldn't I watch it dubbed? Returning to the subject of this post, the only problem that the movie's Brazilian Portuguese dubbing had was the translation/adaptation of the dialogues (some gross mistakes happened). However, the translation/adaptation of the songs was something spectacular and the acting of the voice cast was really, really good (Pipp's voice actress here in Brazil is a newcomer, but did a great job)! All in all: A New Generation was a great way to start G5 and I absolutely look forward to seeing what the future holds for Mane 5 and the new Equestria. There's a lot to explore!
