So, I grew up ADORING these characters, but I grew to heavily dislike the clothing choices for Brat & Brute. Yes, they WERE punky-looking clothes, but they 1) didn’t match the kind of outfit Berserk donned & 2) just seemed WAY too extreme for two 5-6 year olds to wear.

Ultimately, I decided to design & finalize my take on the characters using the PPG movie color palette.

Considering even the original comic didn’t have much consistency with the designs of the characters (ESPECIALLY Brat), I just went along with some design choices I became accustomed to over the many years of drawing these characters, which include how I drew Brat’s bows & pigtails.

Overall, I am VERY proud of these designs.

Here’s to hoping that these characters make an appearance in the upcoming McCracken reboot of the series & don some more ACCEPTABLE attire this time around JWIDKWODOWOFOOE

Guys, hear me out💀. If Bubbles and Butch had a girl, what would her name be? It doesn’t have to start with a ‘B’ or anything. She looks like a Lilly to me💀 Also, what shade of green should her eyes be? If light green she’d get the gene from BC. If dark green, she got them from Butch.

She def gets her personality from BC, that’s why she’s Auntie Buttercup’s fav🥰.
