I wanted to give crystal gem spinel a shot in my style and this is what I came up with. I love her so goddamned much

this is a spinel who was never abandoned by pink and remained her ever-loyal follower... I think at the beginning of the rebellion she'd just be following pink/rose's orders and it would take her a while to really understand why they were fighting, but once she understood the concepts of oppression and liberation she'd be a fearsome crystal gem in her own right. also if she managed to remain uncorrupted she and amethyst would've been BEST fuckin friends

I didn’t do the greatest at keeping up with Inktober but I did some! All of them are related to my SU AU, the Honey and Liberty AU. 💜

Here’s 7 of them.

Day 8: Gnome Steven makes a pretty convincing garden gnome, if you ask me! 🤭

Day 9: Spices Steven and Connie decide what spices to put in the soup they’re making.

Day 10: Fog Just a peaceful walk in the fog.

Day 11: Horror Movie So it turns out that Steven still isn’t a fan of horror movies 😬

Day 12: Cider Stella (Steven & Connie’s daughter) enjoys a some apple cider.

Day 13: Hot Drink I just felt like drawing some traditional art! Steven enjoys some hot chocolate.

I skipped day 14.

Day 15: Bee Since his AU multiverse nickname is “Honey”… He’s a Honey Bee 🐝

Sai's a great artist whose skills with action I greatly admire, and the concept for this AU has honestly done more to make me like Spinel than any other piece of media. Spinel the Crystal Gem! and Pearl... the looming threat.... need I say more?
