But really, what does it do to you? You think you’ve seen degradation? Comparing that to a word representative of centuries murder, abuse and racism, you think “cracker” is anything like that?
Really?
Like, you want to say its degrading because it hurts your feelings but it doesn’t. You know it doesn’t affect you, why are you trying to pretend like it does? There’s no abusive history behind it, that word wasn’t used to enslave you, colonize you, strip you of your rights and humanity, that word has done nothing to you.

What do white people think “cracker” means? Like, do they really think it means cracker in the food sense? I was always under the impression that cracker derived from the “cracking” sound of whips. Most of the time, these (poor) white people were herders or overseers on a plantation. Just wondering, what they actually thought it meant.
In the same breath, “cracker” is no where near as offensive a nigger. Like, are you serious? Nobody loses their job for saying cracker, nobody is mentaly damaged by being called a cracker. Like, gtfo with that comparison.
