what happened with abbie mills?

they sidelining her. they not giving us enough of her story. they putting this crane mess over her life, family and storyline. they keep putting her in this damn "strong black woman - mammy" role where she's gotta save herself, save crane, and tend to Poor Lil White Woman again and again.

they giving her a recycled love interest to *flavor* the text that's only gonna push the sisters away from each other when that relationship is one of the gems that keeps me watching. we're not getting her emotions. we don't know the full scoop of how she's dealing with all the death she's faced + the experience in purgatory. etc etc...

basically they're doing everything i feared, and let them keep it up and i'm just gone tbh. they don't deserve my time and ratings if they won't treat Abbie/Nicole with respect and are forcing us to beg that she be respected through hashtags.Rallying so the main character be written well should not be something we have to do. it should be a given.

they've already totally fucked the men of color; enough is enough. i'm sick of seeing black women stuffed into these roles. and i'm sick of these traps -promises that they'll do good- and yet we get this bullshit all the time, again and again and again.
