Cold foggy mornings at university
numb fingers, too big jackets, almost slipping but being able to catch your footing at the last second, frozen eyelashes, runny noses, long scarves, opening your window only to immediately close it again, Tchaikovsky, burning candles, full moons, frozen glasses, looking at the streetlights outside your window to see if it’s still snowing, exams, chunky sweaters, wool blankets, swaying trees, snowy footprints, peace
I just feel like the broad dark academia community doesn't appreciate Romanticism enough, ya know? I mean there's Keats and Byron but still. Is there a niche where we discuss Coleridge and the Shelleys and COLERIDGE HAVE Y'ALL REALLY NOT READ THAT SHIT IT'S GAY WE'RE MISSING OUT HERE
