Danny, hiding his pit aura in the ocean's worth that was Amity park, took to blue, the colour that he and Damian were born with.

Damian moves to Gotham, and continues to mourn his brother as dead, right until one day when he is twelve, when he learns what the death of your other half truly feels like.

Their reunion is a thing of family legend. There is a long, long minute of staring, before they rip themselves away and lunge at each other like wolves.

The bat family are horrified by their brutally efficient youngest suddenly barreling towards a clone (?) and trying to claw his throat open with his bare hands while openly sobbing.

It ends with them wrapped around each other crying into the others shoulder as their minds finally meet again and relax from the painful stretch for the first time in years.

Damians when he learns this decides to take his luck and does research, finds several spirit invasion rituals , no, death is getting closer, family member, bingo

Damian does the ritual but... nothing, but nothing happens!!! He goes to patrol as usual upset that this ritual is a lie (not that but it's the only feeling he decides to identify)

Then he receives an alert that someone has entered one of his shelters, more precisely the shelter in which he has just performed the ritual! he must hurry!

Danny changed into a ghost to fight box ghost when once his ring of light passed in front of his eyes he saw a strange room, he decided to become human again with hope, but no, still the same room. He walks forward in the dark and stumbles upon something on the ground, then studies it with his glowing eyes. A summoning circle? since when can he be summoned?!? shit he probably has to escape… wait… he knows how to get out of here without triggering the traps, wait, HE KNOWS THERE ARE TRAPS? HOW? This hasn't happened to him since… Damian? ho shit he needs to find his brother NOW!!!

Yes he could have waited at his brother's house, but he was in a hurry and emotional ok, ok also that voluntarily setting off one of his brother's silent alarms was not necessarily the best idea, but he is a C student OK, don't ask him not too much, he hasn't slept in almost 48 hours :'(

DPXDC Prompt: Danny when summoned just shows up in the background instead of in some magical circumstances

When the justice league try to summon the ghost king to the watchtower nothing happens. But at the same time danny just walked in for his first day.

They try to make the circle more specific and danny walks into the room having forgotten his tool bag.

Basically he just shows up as if it was a  coincidence Or something. Hes not even doing it kn purpose it just happens

The circle is for the old king, so Danny has a bit of leeway when summoned.

He still has to follow the call as he hasn't quite figured out how to reject it yet, but he doesn't have to necessarily appear in the circle.

Cue chaos gremlin Danny Fenton arriving invisibly and then deciding what would be the funniest way to announce his presence.

Danny totally stole Flash's drink and uses the straw loudly before speaking.

Ghost King Danny Summoning!

The heroes fail to stop it, everyone is panicking, they feel like they’ve truly failed to stop it. etc etc

EVERYONE is ready to fight for their final life.

They’re as ready as they can be to go against something so evil JLD are scared of it.

SO when the dome that was sealing them away from the summoner finally shatters they are expecting some huge eldritch being, something made of pure nightmares… Only…

Only to find an old tape recorder in the middle of the summoning circle…

Everything is dead silent. No one moves…

Then it clicks on and makes a loud noise.

The noise?

It was the no longer in service beep.

“We’re, not, sorry.” a teenage voice began after the beep ended, startling everyone as they weren’t expecting this at all “But the Ghost King you are trying to reach is no longer in service or rather King anymore. Thus any big evil world ending plans you have made will not be approved during my reign. Please, get a life and try to actually live it because I will not be ending anyone’s or mass genocide anything… Also to the really insane Fruitloop that tried summoning a being with the warning of “will cause the end of your world”. I am the Ghost King now, eventually everything and everyone will enter my domain regardless of who, when, how, or why. That is something I can wait for, I got no reason to speed it up…. So have a pleasant day and enjoy being arrested or ended for doing this dumb summoning if you decided to do this in front of like everyone in your world or something… Goodbye!”

The world went silent after that.

None of them were expecting that at all.

It’s not always the same recording. JL finds this out the next time they’re trying to stop an end of they world type summoning. While they hope it’s the same result, there’s always a chance the cultist are calling up some other powerful entity.

But just as before, when the smoke clears, there sits an old recorder.

“Hello, this message is for the Frootloop head of that sad little death cult. We’ve been trying to reach you about your soul’s extended warranty!”

You can hear several teens explode into laughter in the background before the recording abruptly cuts out.

Also why can I see some of the teens after like the sixth time of watching a summoning decide to try to see if they get a recording? What would that be like? Would Danny actually show up if he senses ‘mischief, amusement, and chaos’ coming from the teen ‘summoner’ instead of like ‘I wanna end the world cause I’m a fruitloop’ from his normal summoners?

That would be a summons he would arrive at. Dressed in ghostly pj’s. Eating ghost grapes from a bowl like popcorn.

Teen 1: It worked!!!! Why did it work?

Danny: Cause I sensed mischief not destroy the world. So! You lot got any good films?

Teen 2: We have all the film’s my dude!

Danny: Sweet! I can give you all like. A minor blessing of health for entertaining me. According to the rules? If you want? Or you can like. Save up and get something cool for multiple movie nights?

Danny has a hidden camera built into his recorder which he sends. He even made a too much of the reactions he showed to “friends” in the zone

I imagine some elders hearing about it and doing an equivalent until they all wait a bit to be summoned to see the result of their prank on these damn mortals who don’t understand that they have other things to do. do (actually no but shh, they’re not supposed to know)

Ghost summons no longer work for the most part. Unless the ghost is given something they actually want. You have to do proper research now to find out the correct offerings. And even then… If they are busy? You get a tape recorder to send them a message….

The Justice League love it though. They don’t have to worry half as much about summonings for ghosts any more. Especially not the Ghost King. Sassy teen that he is.

Danny, once again, helps solve an age old headache for the elder ghosts. He might even create classes to teach the older ghosts how to with some old tech (he isn’t even gonna try with the new stuff like smartphones)

The Observants? Are so mad about this. But there is fuck all they can do. Danny changed the law. No ghost has to answer a summons. They can if they want. But they don’t have to.

Most ghosts love this law. And are VERY ready to throw down with the Observants about it.

The Observantstries to ban the workaround that Danny popularizes. Then Danny realizes that Observantsdon't have individual Summoning Circles. hooooo ~ it will change that so much
