The adopting thing but it is Damien demanding it.

So thing is Danny is in gotham say he is in foster system or maybe Vlad just sent him away because can’t deal with Danny and his own shit. One of those ‘should have thought about this more’ like how someone wants a dog soooo bad but then doesnr realize what all comes with it. Plus adding on kid has trauma from his family and friends blowing up right in front of him

Anyway Danny and Damien of course wont hit it off right away and there will come some fights where Damien comes to respect Daniel because he can hold his own and has no reaction to being stabbed with a dull pencil.

Anyway my main thought was Bruce has Diana and Clark over just to bitch talk about whats going on when in comes Damien and in his very Damien way demands his father for a little brother

lets just say Damien is some months older than Danny

Bruce was not expecting that like at all. He thought Damien would shout and demand no more adoptees in the manor

“Father I have taken the liberty of contacting the family lawyer and have him processing the paper work as we speak. I know you must think this was just some frivolous demand but I assure you it is not. I will have my little brother. The meeting with the lawyer and the social worker will be scheduled for this week. Now excuse me father.”

“….what…what just happened?!” Clark watching Damien walk out.

Diana all amused smiled patting Bruce “Looks like our friend here is getting another kid.”

Consider, if you will:

Damian knows that he needs his siblings on board if this is going to work. Bruce may tell Damian "no," may even hold his ground. He'd done it before.

BUT--Bruce has never been able to hold his ground against all of the Batkids. So he prepares a presentation on why Danny Must Be Adopted Right Now Into the Family.

"He has a current lack of living family able to give him hugs, and is not prone to stabbing, so he will probably enjoy hugs, Richard."

"He has a love of chaos and mischief, and would have no problem helping with pranks, Brown."

"He can speak a multitude of languages, so he would always be able to communicate, Cain."

"He is also a meta, and I believe would have much in common with Thomas."

And, finally, "He has a bizarre idea that all life is sacred, and so is unlikely to attempt to murder Drake."

And then, having presented his findings and ideas, turns to his siblings for support in making sure that Danny gets adopted.

Damian totally took note of the people who were agreeing with Jason. He has blackmail to plan for and obtain.
