In the comments or via reblogs, what would you guys say (regarding my fics) is:
- My greatest strength
- My greatest weakness
- Something you'd like to see more of in the future
In the comments or via reblogs, what would you guys say (regarding my fics) is:
I can see Hatchetfield being a "mini" region, with its own pokemon biome and forms unique to it. Mostly due to the influence of the Lords in Black.
Each regional form reflects this:
Additionally, Ezekiel could maybe be a mythical or pseudo-legendary pokemon (psychic/flying or psychic/grass(?)).
A second Pokemon Center was constructed on the edge of Witchwood Forest, before an Incident led to it being abandoned.
Even pokemon that live in Hatchetfield hate Clivesdale.
I've decided to expand on this, just need a little bit of input:
Hey @void-of-unparalled-chaos, I've finally thought of more.

Marc's knuckles barely had the chance to knock once, before a portal replaced the door. Quickly, he stepped through.
Hi @raining13 and everyone else, I've titled this one like this to avoid confusion with the (hopefully) future alternate storyline of this fic.
I wasn't initially going to have a song in this, but this cover soon corrected me.

Through the doll's tiny eyes, Pokotho stared down at Paul as he slept. At his leading man. In a distant world, Pokotho smiled. Yes, his perfect marionette.
A fabric arm gently opened Paul's slack jaw as a drop of blue oozed from the doll's mouth.

I actually really want to continue Let It In, so a quick question for you all:
@raining13, what sounds good?
Well, I will definitely see if, in the future, I can come up with an decent storyline for the first idea. But in the meantime, this is going to be fun.
Thank you everyone who voted.
Admittedly I am struggling to work out a plot to this. Like, do I have it be a diverged version of the series, or keep it character-driven and see where it takes me?

It was sheer practice that Layla didn't flinch when New Moon Knight (she really needed some kind of name for him) appeared by her side. "Good to see you," she greeted. "Yes, you too," he echoed, sounding distant. "Something wrong?"
Looking at him, New Moon Knight seemed distracted. "I've...found some new information." He now had Layla's full attention: "About my husband?" "Maybe. Mostly about how I likely acquired the mask."

I've been having some trouble thinking of fic ideas lately, but this art courtesy of @raining13 and my recently discovered love for the Hatchetfield series has given me a little gift. Maybe something new will help the ol' brain cells out.

As Paul shuffled through each aisle, the tinny christmas music over the speakers managed to scream overtop the already loud crowds around him. The same lyrics repeated ad nauseam thundered around his skull, drawing up the headache already forming there. But he needed several things still, and so onward he went.
Until something caught his eye.
Yes, I am well aware the title sucks. But, it’s been in my drafts for so long now, and it feels like a nice little treat for Halloween, so here you go.

Another night, another mission. Marc sighed silently into the icy air. This time, the old bird had been irritatingly vague. “A traveller has gotten separated from their guardians. Find them and bring them back here,” were all he said on the matter. Outside of insisting on both Marc specifically doing it, and not being in the suit. “Well,” Steven stated as Marc glanced irritably down the tenth alleyway to find nothing, “At least it’s not murder.”
Name origins: Coypu + gill
Types: Electric/Water
2'07"/0.8m
70.5 lbs/32 kg
Egg Groups: Water 1/Field
Ability: Tidal Surge (Being effected by a Water-type move boosts the user's next Electric attack)
Capable of living both on land and in the water, Coygil use special gills in their cheeks to generate electricity while swimming. When fully-charged, their front tooth will glow.
since we've already established the jon matteson cinematic universe is all basically related, what does that mean for wiggly?
Well, it is a fact that not only is CCRP cloning Paul (at least in one timeline), but that they wish to control the powers of the Lords in Black. What if, during an older summon, Wiggly's human form left some hair behind? With enough human-adjacent DNA to be used for cloning (with some tweaks)? Or maybe the company has some other means of extracting Wiggly's power without his notice?
Felt right posting this part today, given that What If book also comes out today. Cross fingers it's good.

Steven breathed as he stared at the ceiling with what was either anxiety or Venom squirming in his guts.
Had an idea, thought it may work, so let's try it.

"Be...safe." The words echoed as if from a distance, "Foreign...power...keep suit...on...my light protects...hers...corrupts...I will find you." Then, nothing.
I've started rewatching Santa Clarita Diet, and this little idea went "hey, hey, this could be a fun little interaction".

The silence seemed to streach as the murderer finally stopped breathing. Marc breathed in deep through his nose. And out.
"Shit," someone suddenly said from behind him. Out of all the possible appearences of his unexpected visitor, a woman in a bright pink waterproof poncho and dish gloves wasn't it. Looking unconcerned about the dead man at his feet. Instead, she looked down at the man with clear disappointment.
Hey @harleyification, found these on my old laptop.

@void-of-unparalled-chaos, here's some more!

Standing on a rooftop, Marc pulled a deep drag of fresh-ish air into his lungs.
Maybe he was being a coward, but after faintly hearing a voice that might have been Doctor Doom himself over the Mission's phone, he had to breath for just a moment. "Shit's hit the fan, eh?" Jake asked into the silence. "Auugh." "At least, when the media finds about all this, everyone that 'law' victimizes will know that not everybody wants them dead," Steven pointed out. "Or deader than dead," Marc added in agreement, followed by another deep breath.
Oh, how he hoped no one would try to interview him when that finally happened.
