Grounding and Centering
As with meditation, grounding is useful when you need to replenish lost energy, release excess or negative energy, or to balance your energy levels.
To start, sit with your legs crossed and sit up straight. Relax, and then place your palms on your knees. Close your eyes, and slowly breathe and focus on that action. Take deep, long breaths, in and out.
When you have been calmed, visualize you are a tree. You are sending roots from your feet deep down into the Earth.
Release all your negative thoughts, worries, and old/excess energy down the roots. Push them down into the molten core of the Earth where they can be recycled and renewed.
Once you have completed this, gather energy through your leaves, and feel positive vibrations coursing through your trunk, and into your mind, body and spirit, balancing your energy. Remember to thank the Earth, It does this all the time without us even thinking about it.
Feel the power like its your own pulse and visualize the power collecting into a bright ball of pure energy at your heart. Bathe and relax in the beauty of the natural energy, before slowly opening your eyes.
Centering
Centering allows someone to centralize their own power within themselves. This is beneficial because when casting a spell, you will be able to access 1 center of power instead of your power being spread across your body. Most people center themselves in either the sacral or the solar plexus chakras.
Begin by lying down. Close your eyes and relax.
Next, visualize a black, velvet like sheet replaces your body. Slowly begin to see small balls of yellow light flying around you, this will be your wayward energy.
Slowly start collecting the balls of light into one giant ball at your solar plexus. Visualize them all being sucked into the bigger ball like a vacuum.
Once all of the small balls of light are gone, turn the newly gathered collection into a solid, glowing, sphere. At this point, unless you want to do anything further, slowly open your eyes and enjoy your centeredness.

Blue Salt....
is used to protect against the Evil Eye. 👁️🕶️
What’s an Evil Eye? Bad energy sent, either unconsciously or consciously, to you from someone else. The use of blue salt is best for healing and legal matters. The evil eye can manifest and affect different aspects of life, it all depends on the intent behind the sender.
For healing it can be used simply in a bath blend, jar spell, and/or keep it in a sachet on your person for a few hours.
For legal spells put a small amount in your pocket when going to court or speaking with whatever form of authority you are talking to.
I love to mix this into loose incense or liquid potpourri to enhance magickal intent. There are many applications for this, just use your imagination!
It can be used to draw circles, runes, or sigils. If kept clean, it can be re-used for this purpose multiple times if desired, as it's power is self sustainable.
Blue has also occasionally been used for invisibility spells. You won't become physically invisible to anyone, rather you will become invisible to the bad energy sent your way.
Mis it with Black Salt for reversing bad luck and sending hexes and curses back to their senders.
how do you make this awesome concoction? I'm glad you asked...
You'll blend together Sea Salt (or any Salt of your choice) and Blue Flowers or Herbs of your choosing such as Blue Thistle or Blue Iris, along with blue food coloring if you so choose. Crush it all together with a mortar and pestle, doing a twisting motion to really get them crushed up good. While blending keep your intent of what you will be using the salt for, you're placing all your energies into the salt.
I hope this has been helpful to anyone looking for relief from evil magicks.
