[06.02.21] Delightful news y'all: I made bagels for the first time :0
<<05.20.21>> It's flower pressing season 😊
Problem: I want to settle down in a house and a decent sized backyard that i can grow veggies and fruits in and maybe have chickens
Also problem: I want to travel and have a decked out camper and a wood stove and get to go new places and record my adventures and take so many photos and plaster them all over my walls
Final boss: both these require money and that I do not have, therefore I cannot even consider either option
05.22.19 // this bread is mcfricken glorious
01.03.21 // An update on these buns, but mixed with a standmixer this time!! They turn out significantly fluffier! I had to cover the top with tinfoil so they wouldn't burn since i baked them in a toaster oven, and I also butter-washed the tops after they came out and i feel that kept them softer (vs becoming kinda hard and crunchy like the first time I made them!)
Officially, still incredibly glorious and luscious. Everyone enjoyed them!
[07.17.20 | day 3-5 of the s.s.c.]
Do you have a specific goal for this summer? Do you have a lot of work to do for school or university or your job this summer? What is the most important task you need to complete this summer?
Combining all these questions into one because they all sort of go together- my goal and important task, and subsequently the most work I need to do this summer is figuring out financial aid! Applying for CESB, maybe opening a student line of credit, and opening a bank account to work these all out in! Money is so stressful lol.
Also, can you believe we're already on the 17th of July?? Wtf, where did the month go??
[06.15.20] Continuation from this. Click/tap for plant names.
The front yard! Kudos to my mom for planting all these.
We'll also be planting a cherry tomato plant in here somewhere. There's three patches of lobelia but i didn't want to take a picture of all of them for simplicity purposes. Super excited to see all these things grow.
[06.15.17] Aw yeah dudes, my first plants in the ground! I've never done a garden before much less tried to grow food so we'll see how this goes.
There's more plants in the front yard but I'll make a seperate post for that.
Yeast blooming is such a satisfying scent
04.07.20 // i got a new duvet cover and I'm feeling incredibly pleased right now
Just wanna live in a cozy house covered in moss and ivy with a wood stove to keep me warm and a garden and chickens for my own food
tearing bread and peeling clementines evokes such a visceral feeling
downloaded a shaderpack for the first time ever, tested it out on a world I build with the mizuno’s packs,,, i’m in love
01.18.20 // I have hot chocolate, I'm learning to knit, and it's snowing outside. What more could I ask for, really?
