Howdy!

I will Not be able to finish this by the time Fallout Day ends today but I really wanted to draw Swoop and Butch's parents alongside them and how they look (or looked in Butch's dad's case) when the kids are the young adult age they are. Swoop's family (and he) all came from a vault so his parents actually didn't used to look like that and that's how they look a couple years after their son's departure as they also left the same vault that made their only son leave. Butch and Swoop are both biracial (Swoop being half Mongolian/ half white and Butch being half Dakota Native American/ half white) so I also really wanted to show how they separately got their parent's genes, with Swoop taking quite a bit from his dad but Butch kinda strattling the perfect mix of his parents. I also have so many thoughts about Butch's dad and it's exciting to draw him! I'll finish this alongside the three other big Fallout pieces I'm doin' rn!

I get my glory in the desert rain After a minor art hiatus, here's some art of my main Fallout character Swoop :) This was based on a sketch I did and I really wanted to put him in the Red Rocket jumpsuit since it matches his color scheme so well <3

I wanted to sketch up my embarassingly-named Fallout main character Swoopity Swoop's mechanic/engineer parents from good ol' Vault 115. This was a vault that shares some simularities with Vault 11 in that it held elections and campaigns and allowed the overseers to completely disregard Vault-Tec structures. One of the elected rules would even be that you could only name all children off of a community-contributed list of names that all dwellers, even children, can contribute to. This would be the origin of Swoop's name- it being the most appropriate name that year. Luckily enough for him, he'd fit with the Fantastics and the Bittercups of the Wasteland. 

Swoopity is also multiracial, being half-Mongol and half-American, and this being something I've only talked about briefly before! This is the only surviving photo he has of his parents, it being a basic "Vault Employee ID" polaroid, but he'd later emotionally run into more.
