Yes, commissions are open! I'm actually still using that one from 2017, but there is also this one more specifically about gijinka commissions!
(I'm planning on redoing my commission sheet and raising the prices, unfortunately this week my cat was urgently operated and someone stole my credit card informations from my bank so yeah, I definetely need money XD)
