All I could think while Leon was talking to reader 🤭

On the one hand, I’m glad he’s being forthcoming with her! But at the same time, it just feels like (and it was proven in the end of the chapter) Leon will compromise himself in ways to avoid painful circumstances/consequences to come out on top (at least for him).

And I love that reader has a distinct line in the sand, but will she learn to compromise in other ways once she understands Leon better? 🤔

I’m enjoying their relationship dynamic! They like/care about each other but there’s just a lot to deal with before the ‘end goal’ will happen.

(Rebecca mention!?? 👀 I love her so much 😭 I’m so glad she’s involved although idk if I’ll keep that sentiment depending on what happens 😝 )
