It’s an old nightlight I found. I can’t remember anything about where I got it or what it’s called, sorry. You could potentially try looking up water-filled nightlights?
If you just meant what’s it called to watch it three times then I think that’s considered stimming. I spent like an hour watching it and filming it last night.
