💥#DDF2019 Masterlist👊
It’s fine now, why? Because THEY are here!
Introducing the authors who participated in the First Round of Disaster Duo Fest! We thank everyone for love and support you have given these authors and for the fest as well!
DAY 1
After an unfortunate incident, Katsuki Bakugou loses his memory. Thus, he doesn’t understand why the class nerd was all over him.
It only takes a moment alone with the stranger, on his knees between Katsuki’s legs, to shake his memory.
His mother always used to say: “Memories fade from the head, but your junk will always remember a good fuck.”
Izuku Midoriya was reported missing during survival training in the woods. The news brews an uneasy feeling in Katsuki Bakugou, who harbors atypical feelings for him despite his attitude towards him, and he goes out of his way to search for him. Instead, he finds a little bunny and decides to take him under his wing.
“You remind me of someone. He’s an idiot just like you and you’re gonna help me find him.”
DAY 2
Izuku Midoriya has a secret: he’s always wanted to know what it’s like to “perform” in front of strangers. But public exhibition is a bit too dangerous for a Pro Hero, so he figures trying out performing on a cam site is a safer alternative. Little does he know there’s a certain explosive blond who gets invited to watch his stream…
Graduation is coming and Bakugou Katsuki can’t find a way to confess his feelings to Izuku. During these troubling times, music is his escape and his means to de-stress. Too bad that every shitty love song reminds him of Deku.
DAY 3
Bakugou and Midoriya dated through high school and into their first few years as professional heroes, but they drifted apart over the years. Now, for the first time in almost fifteen years, Bakugou moves back to town and finds Midoriya teaching Class 1A at UA High School. Will they fall back together? Or do the differences that drove them apart in the first place still remain?
Please note: This story takes place almost twenty years after the current BNHA storyline. The major character death is All Might and it occurs off-page.
Tragedy strikes Japan as two of the strongest heroes are killed in the line of duty. While dealing with the heartbreaking chore of emptying the apartment Midoriya and Bakugou shared, their friends and family see parts of their lives that they’d kept hidden for so long.
DAY 4
There are many things in this life that Katsuki can fairly say he is the best at. Communication is not one of those things. It doesn’t seem to affect his relationship much, until two years in when he decides to ignore protocol for 2 seconds to reply to a text and nearly ruins a mission.
Not his fault fans thought underwear with his hero costume design on it was a good idea.
“Well, you know,” Kirishima shrugs, undeterred. “You guys always hold hands and stuff.”
“We do not,” Bakugou says. Kirishima’s gaze flits down to where his fingers are intertwined with Deku’s, and, alright, he’s got a point, but fuck him anyways.
DAY 5
It’s been a long day. By all rights, Izuku should be falling into bed, half dead. But instead of sleeping, he’s hunched over his laptop at 2 in the morning writing a dissertation about why exactly Ground Zero’s pecs are the best pecs to ever pec, and how dare anyone insinuate that he should lose some of that muscle because don’t you even understand what kind of physique a quirk like that requires? Amateurs.
(Izuku has two jobs in this world: pro-hero and Ground Zero fan club president. How could that ever go wrong?)
Izuku and Katsuki finally have a rhythm, a solid rivalry made all the more empowering by their friendship. Izuku never expected to have this with Katsuki and everyday he is just so damn grateful that they managed to work everything out and move forward. It’s perfect, everything he could have hoped for, really.
So of course he has to go and make it weird by spouting every dirty thought he has when Katsuki can’t hear him.
DAY 6
“I…I want to break up with him. I wanna be with you Kacchan.”
_____
After nearly five years, Katsu Bakugou never expected to run into her childhood friend again, and she never expected she’d get the chance to be with her.
There’s only one problem: she’s already in a relationship.
Midoriya, along with Kaminari, Aoyama and Mineta, come together to think of a confession plan for an oblivious Bakugou, who keeps ignoring Midoriya’s various confessions.
DAY 7
A nosy reporter exposes Bakguou and Midoriya’s relationship to the media.
Struggling to come to terms with his first fatality, Katsuki hides at his parent’s home to escape the media shitstorm that follows. Lashing out at everyone around him, he runs to a hole-in-the-wall bar in his childhood hometown looking to drown his sorrows. A blast from his past reminds him to fight, to give it all he’s got, and that he’s not alone. Will he run or will he take the hand being offered to him?
DAY 8
It’s not doing much to help him fight the urge to run his fingers through those mossy curls or trace the freckles on his face, illuminated like stars in the soft evening light. But he’s not going to do that shit because that would mean torturing himself when Deku inevitably pulls away before they part. They’re not together. They ain’t dating.
He fantasizes about it anyway.
OR
Katsuki and Izuku are friends with benefits, except it’s Katsuki who wishes for more
Midoriya Izuku is hit with a deageing quirk! Guess who’s stuck taking care of him? Say hello to our Babysitter extraordinaire Bakugou Katsuki!
DAY 9
Son of man became son of dragon, and today, that son would become a man.
Bakugou Katsuki likes his routine. As it turns out, Midoriya Izuku likes to disrupt it.
Katsuki and Deku meet on their daily commute to university, and although he’s not sure how he allows it to happen, Katsuki finds his routine positively destroyed by the boy in the seat to his left. It turns out to be not such a bad thing.
DAY 10
Strong winds lashed against his aching feet. The ash and dust from the burning city miles away stung his red eyes. He pulled the hood from his brown cloak closer to his temples. The dried mud caked underneath his feet became heavier with every step.
For days Katsuki had knelt and prayed to the gods of his ancestors - to send him whatever they could provide. An inn, a spare room in a brothel - even a fucking barn! He would gladly accept and give thanks to their blessing in any form.
Days turned to weeks and nothing.
By the time he reached the end of the forest, the sun disappeared from the horizon and the winds turned colder. He also summoned whatever remains of his strength and took a step forward.
And another.
Another.
Until his knees trembled from the weight of his fatigue.
Katsuki’s transitioning mortal body almost collapsed to the ground if it weren’t for a strong pair of arms that steadied him.
DAY 11
A Yakuza love story, told in vignettes.
Being struck by random quirks is always a hassle and never one Katsuki wants to deal with. But being telepathically tied to the one person you’re trying to keep your biggest secret from is the literal worst thing he can think of.
After all, how can you keep your rival from realizing you’re stupidly in love with him when he can hear your thoughts?
DAY 12
Kacchan is anything but “just an AI.” Izuku would describe him as the world’s leading artificial intelligence, evolving well beyond his initial coding and into something else entirely. Not that Izuku’s ever described Kacchan to anyone.
Kacchan would just say that he’s just the best, AI or not.

It dawned on him then that Deku definitely wanted something more. That night was still fresh in memory. He remembered the feeling of her hands ghosting up his shirt while they kissed, the guilt wrenching in his stomach when he heard her stuttering out numerous apologies at his flighty response to her gentle but bold gesture, offering him all the space he would need, when she didn’t even have to do those things. She was just trying to move forward with him, and he’d reacted by just being a fucking virgin, a coward.
(Or: Katsuki resolves to have his first time with Deku, but on one condition.)
DAY 13
Nothing wrong with wanting to jump the bones of the the hot voice on the other end of the radio even if you don’t know anything else about the guy, right? Look, the mysterious DJ is obviously smoking hot okay and Katsuki’s just a man, sue him. No matter that the mysterious DJ in question goes by the same name Katsuki once gave his annoying childhood friend.
Or the one in which, the Bakusquad are broke college students, Mina, Eijirou, and Denki are failing all their classes, Hanta is enjoying the sounds of anguish, and Katsuki may just be falling for a stranger on another frequency.
Well, fuck.

As a new CEO of Hypocenter Industries, Katsuki faces many challenges at first, resulting in a need for a secretary to keep track of his busy schedule. Unfortunately, this particular secretary comes with additional issues, such as being the center of Katsuki’s sudden romantic interest. And, to make matters worse, his “so-called-friends” refuse to stop teasing him about his unwanted crush. Honestly, he just needs to find better friends… and maybe a new secretary.
It’d be a shame if he conveniently forgot to follow through on his threat.
DAY 14
Bakugou knew what he wanted. Even if he had to wait to one day get it.
Or baby alpha Kacchan wants older Deku. And Deku runs. ONLY FOR THEM TO MEET UP LATER!
Everything seems normal when the day starts, just a small hiccup in a patrol, and then Izuku starts acting weird, but Katsuki isn’t going to complain.
DAY 15
“My name is Bakugou Katsuki”
“If you need to talk to me, use this notebook”
“I can’t hear”
On the eve the last great battle between good and evil, light and dark, and those stand with One for All and those that served All for One, two young men, who bears the burden of the world, seek refuge and peace under the moonlight.
DAY 16
The past seven months have been rough for Midoriya. Being a single, pregnant omega isn’t easy. But things were supposed to get easier when he moved in with his best friend. They were supposed to get easier before he bumped into the Alpha next door.
“GET AWAY FROM HIM!” a voice emerged from his left, along with a white-gloved fist that connected to Deku’s cheekbone, sent him flying in that same direction and Katsuki free to greet the harsh, dry soil with his teeth.
But he wasn’t about to complain–he could at least cough in and out some much needed air and the dirt at the same time. So he did, pounding his own chest to expedite the coughing while looking to his left for his (for lack of a better term due to near fatal asphyxiation) hero.
…No, that can’t be.
He shut and reopened his eyes.
…He was going crazy. Can one go crazy from a chokehold?
“Y-you,” his throat pushed out. “Who’re… you?”
The hero of the moment, a green-suited young man around his age with green hair and freckles for days, turned his entire body parallel to Katsuki’s and gaped.
“Oh, don’t pull this bullshit on me. I saw your petty ass was trying to flirt so that I’d get jealous! You think I don’t remember the last time you did this? Guess what, Kacchan, I do and–K-Kacchan?”
Katsuki chuckled, then saw white.
DAY 17
Izuku goes on a descent into madness, claiming that it is all because of how much he loves Katsuki.
It’s his Kacchan, after all.
Izuku knows he’s fucked up when he cracks open an eye and finds golden rays of sunlight shine a halo across ash blonde hair.
One arm is protectively slung around his waist, the other is tucked beneath a mop of green curls. Their position is so hauntingly familiar that it breaks Izuku’s heart.
Again.
As he pushes himself up, he wonders if Katsuki’s heart was broken the first time, too.
In which Midoriya Izuku is forced to face the man he once left at the altar.
DAY 18
Izuku accidentally gets hit with an invisibility quirk. She doesn’t know how long the quirk will last, but she’s damn well gonna make the best of it.
Every flower that little Katsuki has ever bought was only intended for Izuku to ask him to be his.
DAY 19
“Anything that can go wrong will go wrong.”
Fate or rather, a very persistent villain, seemed determined to keep Deku among the dead and with Murphy’s law at work, Katsuki finds himself continuously reliving the same day only to meet the same end.
Deku dying.
DAY 20
Ironically, it’s the fact that Izuku’s dad is a villain that made Izuku the hero he is, even though Hisashi hasn’t been around for over a decade. Thanks, Pops.
DAY 21
“I see you.”
Katsuki starts at the gravelly voice. Even without the infusion of power, the voice was grating to the ears. He reminds himself the witch is bound, sealed, and imprisoned.
“What do you see?”
“You are god marked, witch hunter.”
The dark eyes look straight into Katsuki’s own. There is interest there. Amusement. A misplaced satisfaction considering her current predicament.
“I see you,” the witch repeats “and what i see, others will too.”
She smiles, if it can still be called that, lips pulled back, lascivious and almost feral, before she steps back farther into the room, further into shadow.
DAY 22
Sometimes all it takes is three people who share a single brain cell to successfully commit unintentional espionage. Unfortunately for Izuku, it’s his utterly embarrassing confession that they record and accidentally replay for the entire class to hear, including the one person he never intended to hear those words: Kacchan.
