Here are characters I headcanon as being on the A-spectrum! I’ll start with the most obvious:

Saiki Kusuo

Most people who watch Saiki K widely accept Saiki as aroace and I do too! King wants to be left ALONE!!! Let him enjoy his jelly! He’s unbothered, focused, flourishing, in his lane, moisturised— he never needed bitches!!! Very cool king 👍

Senku Ishigami

Another one who I see as acearo! Some people just see him as aro and a mutual of mine even pointed out that he’s the same colours as the aro flag! I like to see him his as acearo since he really truly does not give a shit about finding a partner or sexual gratification in the slightest, king’s only love is science and we love to see him excel <3

Gen Asagiri

Love this funky little dude!!! I headcanon him as being like somewhere on the asexual spectrum! He’s also on my nonbinary headcanon thing, I see him as like genderfluid or agender or nonbinary. Same friend also said he’s the asexual flag which I LOVE!!! My guy is too busy plotting and scheming and getting up to too much mischief to care about the cravings of the flesh! Dude is queer as fuck and I love that <3

Resasuke

Aggretsuko

I’ve seen headcanons that Resasuke is autistic and that’s very valid, though I haven’t seen any for him being A-spec surprisingly. He did go out with Retsuko on what he knew to be a date, and was her boyfriend briefly but he clearly wasn’t all that interested, more so just being polite. He loves his plants and he loves daydreaming! He has his special niche interests, he’s in his own lane, and he’s clearly enjoying his life; I love him for that.

Takashi Morinozuka

Ouran High School Host Club

MY BOY TAKASHIIII!!! I have not read the manga for OHSHC, but from a very good fic I read I found out he loves his mecha figurines and assembling them! Another cool ass contender for an autistic headcanon too, and someone who I haven’t personally seen any A-spec headcanons for, though I’m probably not the first to think so. Until I got to know the other members of the OHSHC, Mori was my favourite member and who I would’ve went for as my host (he was so aloof and quiet compared to everyone else). Mori just isn’t interested in dating, and I like to think that Mori could be on the ace spec and could be aromantic or is just aroace— really it’s fun to imagine diff scenarios with him. I really need more Mori content.

Yotasuke Takahashi

Blue Period

KING KING KING!! SO SCRUNKLY!!! THE CHARACTER EVER!!! He’s also on my nonbinary headcanon post, I defo headcanon they/them pronouns (jus like me fr), and also I headcanon as a lil neurodivergent dude! Yotasuke gets shipped with Yatora and I can see why, but I see Yotasuke completely detached from romantic and sexual desire. I could maybe see him as ace, but I prefer seeing him as aroace, like Yotasuke wants to be left the fuck ALONE. Also, sometimes he’s the aroace flag!! Is that not cool as fuck??

Ok so, THIS DUDE WAS THE DUDE WHO MADE ME REALISE I WAS ON THE ARO SPEC :0 [shaking him upside down] YOU LITTLE— MAKING ME HAVE A CRISIS FOR AN HOUR ABOUT NOT KNOWING MYSELF— anyway I have not seen ANY A-spec headcanons for him, and to me he just radiates pure aromantic vibes. Most fanfics make me go: “oh this dude on the arospec??? YAHH!!” And then nah he ain’t but he just has the aro energy!!! Like please, I am about to be writing all the aro Sakusa content I can!!! Give him that rep!

I need the Haikyuu fandom to understand that there are more labels in the LGBTQIA+ community than gay and bi 😦, like please I am dying for headcanons of characters who use he/they pronouns or are pan or poly or genderfluid or SOMETHING ELSE, ANYTHING ELSE!! Anyway, Sakusa Kiyoomi everybody.

Inumaki Toge

Jujutsu Kaisen

Ok so, I have yet to see any headcanons regarding most things to do with Inumaki, which is a shame because Inumaki is a super cool character!! Inumaki definitely seems like a character who would be on the A-spec, I mean he has the colours for the ace flag?? That’s cool as fuck. I know people ship him with Yuta and I can see why for sure, but I just like to imagine Inumaki has platonic relationships with everyone. A funky little dude who doesn’t care about dating or sexy times.

Levi Ackerman

Attack on Titan

I have never seen any A-spec headcanons for this man, and honestly I think that’s appalling. This is a man who absolutely fits the bill for sure. I know plenty of people ship him with Erwin, but who’s to say they both aren’t A-spec? As my friend said, just because two characters never express a romantic interest in the opposite gender, doesn’t meant they’re gay! Levi to me is the perfect A-spec character, I never shipped him with anyone and to me he was always this solitary figure who didn’t care for love or sex. We need more A-spec badasses and he is one of them!! A lot of people also simp for Levi, so that’s another factor in no A-spec headcanons, which is a shame because I think it would make for some really engaging fanfics and dynamics but alas, I underestimate the horny nature of the AOT fandom.

L Lawliet & Light Yagami

[taking a deep breath] them… Ok like, I’ve seen A-spec headcanons for them, but it’s usually only one of them and definitely not as a couple. I say they are a couple who is on the A-spec, TOGETHER!! Why the fuck not?? Sometimes I like to think that they’re both on the aro-spec, or one is ace and one is aro, or both of them are just A-spec of different degrees. I will also sometimes just headcanon them as allo, but I was thinking about these two for a while and thinking about them being A-spec just made so much sense to me. I also just see them not using labels, like they really don’t care and it really doesn’t matter to them, that’s just the way they are and they don’t care to put a name to it. Would love to see fics of them being A-spec so if anyone has any recs, drop them please and thanks!
