Finished! A tribute to the beauty of Final Fantasy logos and my love of the Legend of Zelda franchise. 

The precise text placement/kerning may be adjusted a tiny bit but other than that, here they are! It was a real itch i just had to do and i learned a lot about inking and using solids by imitating the original logo work.

HYRULE WARRIORS: MAJORA’S MASK DLC PACK - NEW COSTUMES

During the most recent Nintendo Direct, we got a glimpse of three new costumes that were going to become available with the upcoming DLC: “Majora’s Mask Pack”. These costumes were shown off as blackened silhouettes, but now we finally get to see what they actually look like!

Although they all seemed obvious, one of the three came as a bit of a surprise to most. While Impa and Sheik were a given due to the costume’s art sporting the iconic pose from which they come from, the character that gets the Skull Kid costume was rather unexpected: Lana. That’s right, the White Sorceress gets the costume resembling one of the series’ most dreaded [and beloved] antagonists, including the famous Mask itself!

I would absolutely love it if these costumes would somehow influence their fighting style and movesets, as it would be amazing to see Lana unleash the power of Majora in fantastic out-of-character manner.

I finally finished it~ I would have finished it earlier, but.. well.. I and my sister got Super Smash Bros. Brawl for Christmas, and this is just too much fun to play~~ we spent two days playing it!

this comic refers to the Ocarina of Time manga. For those who haven’t read it: in the manga, Volvagia - a dragon able to speak few words - is shown to be Link’s friend in his childhood, posessed by Ganondorf seven years later. Link has to kill him, which is really hard for him, as he still sees Volvagia as a friend. And just before dying, Volvagia gets back his memory of being friends with Link. Whee, I love the feels that Akira Himekawa gave their relationship.

<my headcanon>Volga, as a “close” reincarnation of Volvagia, remembers Hero of Time when he sees Link. But Link never remembers Volvagia and can’t understand Volga’s behavior.</my headcanon>
