I wish I had time to do all 4 of the Organoids, but alas this was all I could get done in time for Halloween. October has been an incredibly busy month for me. I will make time to get the rest of the Pumpkin Guardian Organoids done though for Thanksgiving/the rest of Fall. And maybe be incredibly lazy and modify these to be christmas icons as well lol

Over at the Iron Bible I found this height chart for the organoids and their partners (though I don’t think there are actual heights marked–I could be wrong?). Seeing as it’s official concept art and I’ve never seen it before now, I figured I’d toss it over here.

Finally finished the HMM Van’s Blade Liger! I got this kit more than a year ago so its nice to finally have it done It was rather slow building simply cause I’ve been putting so much of my free time into cosplay and sewing. But I also didn’t start it immediately cause I had a few Gundam models to build first. Eventually it would be kinda cool to get Raven’s Genosaurer or maybe Reese’s, and perhaps the ZA Genobreaker rather than the HMM as I’ve heard its a very fragile model (well, more so than others at least). Its too bad I lost the little figures that came with Moonbay’s Gustav, as then I’d have all the characters >.<
Fiona was a badass heroine who was gentle, feminine, and carried an increasingly interesting and mysterious storyline. I adore her. Just… don’t put salt in my coffee k?

Tell me your thoughts on on Moonbay
How do I begin to describe Moonbay? //smacked
Oh god Moonbay. She is. SO FUCKING COOL OKAY. Zoid pilot, transporter, businesswoman, mom friend, mechanic, diplomat, doesn’t even need a Zoid with guns to fuck you up because she’s like 300% gun okay. Also she does pro Zoid racing and she has a rich boyfriend bc she’s tough as nails but is also a very pretty dainty lady??? like how fucking cool is that.
She’s a single, disarmed young lady, travelling across the desert in a Gustav (which isn’t even a battle Zoid. It’s pretty much just a trailer with maybe a couple beam things to defend itself) during an active bloody war between two big nations. One thing that the anime always neglects to mention is that she belongs to an independant nation that doesn’t participate or approve of the war and she stays that way even though the circumstances constantly pressure her into working for one side of the other. She disapproves of the conflict and manages to get involved in it and make things better just by using her brains and the resources at hand.
And she’s friends with this big menacing merc dude right? Irvine. He looks bad and tough as nails but to her she’s a trustworthy loyal friend, How did they even become friends? What’s their story? IDK but these two fit together like pieces of a puzzle. Moonbay could ask irvine to jump off a bridge and he’d do it because when has Moonbay been wrong?
AND THEN she bumps into these two kids, Van and Fiona. Come on, they’re just BABIES in a big Zoid with a small organoid prancing after them. It’s insane that they’re wandering alone. So of course she tags along, she makes no questions, she doesn’t try to trick them. Even though they’re probably bad for business, she takes care of them and helps them because she’s just that nice okay. Helping people is what she does. FuckiNG SHIT SHE’S SO GOOD TO PEOPLE I’M ANGRY. In many instances she has to fight for herself and for them and she does, without fear but never in a reckless way, saving the asses of her friends, because even though she has a temper she NEVER lets it take over if it means it’s gonna put her peeps in the way of harm. This tiny little woman stands up to soldiers of all flags with all sorts of weapons, to bandits, rogues, evil baddies in big scary Zoids without fear. She’s so cool okay. The Ultimate Mom Friend.
Of course she also gets to pilot the biggest fucking Zoid in the series-the Ultrasaurus. Like. How skilled do you have to be, first of all, to REPAIR and then pilot with so much ease and confidence a Zoid that is big as a fucking skycraper and that you have NEVER seen before? And she sits on the driver’s seat and nobody protests (except O’Connell) because everyone just trusts her SO DAMN MUCH. She’s not even part of the military. Is she part at all ofthe Guardian Force? Who knows but she’s like the team’s mom and she does what she wants and everyone fucking trusts her because she can do ANYTHING OKAY

Shrink art charms! Its really cool to see how much they shrink. They're all hand drawn and colored. (Though my camera makes them a bit darker than they are)Sometimes I wish I had the sheets I could use with my printer XD I've made these charms before, but I used just a black pencil which smeared. This time round I used pen which was much neater and clearer. ( also first post from tumblr mobile! Now I can take this awful site with me wherever I go.)
