Projects Update Hayate Liger is finally asssembled, thanks to some setbacks at work I finally had time to paint and snap together the final pieces, now all he needs is a little detail work and then I’ll snap some good pictures of him. Covenant Scarab is also finally assembled, my god 3300 pieces is alot, this thing I’ve been putting together for days, using whatever time I had. It is massive, even next to my Guardian Force Ultrasaurus, the biggest zoid I own, it still looks big! I’ll snap some pics of him as soon as I can also. As for the salamander, I haven’t really started, I think I have decided on a paint scheme, but I’m also waiting for parts to arrive so he is not gonna be rushed. Anyway I’m glad I could at least get these two standing and put in the garage before Christmas. Just keeping my followers in the loop, let me know what you think!

Zoids Hayate Liger HMM custom Well after 3 weeks without a day off from work I finally got some time to relax, sort of. I found the time to take a few quick pics of my Hayate Liger this afternoon on the cliffs, and an excuse to use my new effect parts :D. Hayate Liger is an evolution of the Murasame Liger (that zoid that I didnt think kotobukiya would make but probably will make and most likely mugen and hayate too x~x) It’s designed for speed and agilty, ditching the original huge katana for two smaller blades on the front legs. It’s apparently one of the fastest land zoids around. Originally the model was very…McDonalds-esque, it was white red and yellow, but after using a flat red and redoing the yellow in gold I loved the paint scheme. This one was a bit more of a pain to create than its sibling Mugen. Parts refused to stay and that friggin red paint stays sticky for what seems like days! But in the end I’m glad I have him, even if kotobukiya makes an official Hayate and I end up with two…meh, Anyway this was a fun unique zoid to make, let me know what you think!
